Troubleshooting:

To use the "Powering by network"

• Click Start > Computer> My Network > View Network Connections.
• Click the right mouse button on the touchpad Local Area Connection and select Properties .
• Click Configure, then select the tab Power Management .
  Enable the option "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby ' then click OK. Restart the computer.

Troubleshooting:

• error message denying access to C: \\ Windows \\ Temp when installing a printer driver . Solution:

1. Log on as administrator.
2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to c: \\ Windows \\ Temp.
3. Click the right mouse button on the Temporary folder and choose Properties.
4. Click the Security tab.
5. Highlight the Users or Groups window in the user names and then click Advanced.
6. Click on Effective Permissions.
7. Select Create Files / Write Data and Create Folders / Append Data.
8. Click OK, then click OK again to exit the Properties window.

On some platforms, it may be that there is no Security tab in the Properties window of the temporary folder. In this case, follow these steps:

1. Log on as administrator.
2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to c: \\ Windows \\ Temp.
3. Choose Tools, Folder Options.
4. Click the View tab.
5. Select Use simple file sharing (recommended).
6. Click OK to leave the Folder Options window.
