Troubleshooting:

• Error Message " AFS2K.SYS " at Starting: Download and install the latest driver for the AFS software for creating images of HP disks.
• Error Windows XP on the file " EAPS2KBD.sys " following at boot: this error is caused by an older driver version HP Easy Access Keyboard 4-Button for Windows XP. Download and install the latest driver Easy Access Keyboard from page Software & Drivers HP .
• The recycle bin is damaged : When dragging an item to the basket, an error message indicating that it is damaged. To solve the problem:

1. Open a command prompt window: click Start, All Programs "" Accessories, "then" Command Prompt ".
2. At the prompt, type: rd / sc: \\ recycled
3. Press Y then Enter to confirm removing the directory.
4. Restart the computer. The Recycle Bin should work correctly.
