An artist and an instrument to discover
Sunday, December 5 to 15 hours, Isabelle Tardif will give a recital at the show marimba All azimuths Sutton Junction. This talented young percussionist was recently shown at the prestigious Prix d'Europe by winning the second prize, John Newmark price. A native of Coaticook, Isabella holds a BA from the University of Sherbrooke and an MBA from McGill University. She will perform works by composers from different cultural backgrounds, such as Bach, Freedman, Stout, Klatsow stays, Viñao, Kopetski and Abe. The recital will be followed by an exchange with musician and refreshment. Admission is $ 20. Seating is limited to twenty, it is necessary to reserve at 450-538-0045.
