Troubleshooting:

• The screen stays black on startup:

First connect the laptop to an external monitor:
- If the screen remains black may s act on the motherboard which is HS.
- If the screen works externally, there are three possibilities:

1. If the image appears in the background when you run a light source above: it is the HS inverter is to be changed.
2. The screen remains black in all cases: it may be a failure from either the slab.
3. It may also be the web video .

• The screen goes dark after a while:

- either the inverter is driven release HS and must be changed.
- Let the slab is tired and will need replacement.
