Give a little time to single people, elderly or isolated
Would you give a little of your time to people alone, isolated or elderly? The Voluntary Action Center occasionally receives requests for tours of friendship. Volunteers then go to the person's home for a visit, whether to have tea, play games or just chat, or enccore for coaching, for shopping or take a walk together. Each application is unique and the availability of our volunteers as well. To be on our list of potential volunteers, contact 538-1919 or ressource.famille @ bellnet.ca

"Parental strategies to counter bullying"
February 22 to 18 h 30 Centre Lac-Brome, 270 Victoria St. For parents of children 6 to 12 years, concrete strategies to equip our young people. Brief presentation of Valerie Bissonnette. Psychoeducator, followed by a conversation between parents. The workshops are free. Gumboot
We can gumboot dancing from 9 to 10 April Sutton (Oasis Room of the center band) The course will be conducted in two ranges of five hours from 11 hrs to 16 hrs (for example) Saturday and Sunday. Zogma dance company from Montreal will be the teacher and this could cost us $ 70 battery! Discount Rate is based on the number of entries (10 minimum).
